Owner, Randy Fitzgerald, has been in the flooring business for 23 years, and at this location for 10 years. The knowledge he and the caring, friendly staff bring to each customer can make the difference in picking the right products for your home or office.

Randy Fitzgerald
Owner/President

Randy has been in the flooring business for 25 years. He began his career as an installer. After many years of installing, Randy gained invaluable product knowledge and became a professional and skilled installer.

With his love for helping customers and the pride he felt with each job well done, it was time to open his own business, which he did in 1991.

That business was known as Shenandoah Carpets, LTD. Then, in 2006 he joined a franchise called Floor To Ceiling and the business then became known as Shenandoah Floor to Ceiling.

Randy does the majority of our on-site measuring and takes the time with each customer to answer any questions they have, both before the job begins and after the job is complete.

We like to say that it is the best of both worlds — as a locally owned and operated business, we offer individualized, personal attention, at the competitive prices of a national franchise.

Dallas Fitzgerald
Sales & Installation

Dallas helped his Dad, Randy, when he was off in the summer, during his young school days. You could say that he grew up learning the installation trade and he is now a skilled and seasoned installer.

Combine that with his expert product knowledge and love of helping customers, and you have someone that can help you make informed decisions on your flooring needs.

Maura Neufeld “Mo”
Sales

Mo has been with Shenandoah Floor to Ceiling for 9 years. She grew up in construction and has spent over 30 years working for both commercial and residential contractors in the DC Metro area and locally. She has done just about everything associated with building – from being her Dad’s number one laborer, to reading the plans and running the job.

Being able to see things in three dimensions allows her to assist customers with the right mix and design in tile – from backsplashes to baths! Mo will always go the extra mile for her customers!
